“Great service until you claim then appalling, you are handed over to their claims department who just mess you around and dig out clauses in the small print, and do everything to not pay out. My policy said it covers covid and cabin confinement but it does pay out if you are confined to your cabin because of covid??? Missed ports, doesn't pay out for that, I could go on, basically if you make a claim they will dig out clauses in the small print to negate all the things your policy states you are covered for. I have used this company for many years and recommended them to family and friends and have been totally let down, still waiting for my claim to be settled since October, its now June. As you can imagine this has caused me and my wife extreme stress and anxiety and I advise anyone dealing with this company to be very aware of all the small print.”
