“I have used you for my holiday cover for some years now, and have never made a claim. You have always supplied me with a suitable policy for my needs, but until I am unfortunate enough to make one, I cannot say if you are the best, or not. But I will keep using you.”

“I renewed on phone.The female member of staff seemed nervous and unsure of herself.She struggled to pronounce some medical terms. I have tried to access documents from e mail today.I tried to renew password and it said e mail would be sent which expired in one hour.I have not yet received it.”
