“I took out a travel policy for myself and my husband . Within minutes of receiving the emailed policy I noticed two errors. I called back and after 20 minutes spoke to an operator and explained I had answered yes to having been diagnosed with cholesterol but the policy stated I answered no ( even though in another part of the policy it showed I had said this was part of my medical history) I was told they could amend the policy but I would now have to pay a higher premium. I disputed this as I had already declared having high cholesterol and as far as I was concerned I accepted the quote on this basis. I was advised the call could be listened too and I would be contacted. I also pointed out the other error about back surgery that I had not had. Over a week later and I'm still waiting to be contacted so I have now cancelled the policy as I'm within the 14 days cooling off period. I feel the service heads been very poor and I lost faith that if I had needed to claim on the policy I would be upset and dissatisfied at the lack of contact.”

“My previous Travel Insurance company upped my premium by 80% for absolutely no reason. I did a search on a comparison site and found Just Travel. Same benefits with less excess and at less than I paid last year. I would highly recommend Just Travel for your annual worldwide travel insurance if you have a pre-existing medical condition.”

“Very disappointed with my recent purchase of a week's travel at Christmas. I was told that the cost would be covered to a total of £1500. The holiday is costing £1555 and I wasn't too bothered about the extra £55 loss. However when I received the paperwork the holiday is covered only up to £1250. Very disappointed!!!”
