“Staff helpful, although a friend of mine had to make a claim, and this or that or something was not covered, so they are good until maybe you make a claim.Claims are very slow, so many questions even though printed documents explained all.!!”

“The people I spoke with are good and helpful. However, not too impressed by the price hike over the last year. A 20% increase and without a claim being made. I’m not 20% older. Nothing added to the past ailments list. We had to cut down on the cover, to make it acceptable.”

“It Is great that I as a cancer patient can be insured but 1 question I was forced to ask my oncologist about was life expectancy. A very difficult question to ask and I was very upset at this.”

“I booked insurance one day and next day phoned up but they could not find the policy. Worried I was not booked so phoned the next day and I was booked!! What a worry.”
