Rates do vary between the insurance companies that are on our panel and can go up as well as down due to a number of factors including the amount of claims made over a particular time frame. We note that there have been no significant changes to your medical declaration however an increase in claims (amongst other things) will regularly lead to marginal increases in rates across the travel insurance sector. The advantage of dealing with us is that we will compare multiple insurers for you to find the best price we can for your own requirements at the time. As mentioned rates can fluctuate so please don’t hesitate to call us next time you need cover and once again we will search our panel of A rated insurers for you. “Not happy I could not pay for my sister in laws travel insurance I have always paid through my email account as she is 83 years old however this year I had to make two phone calls before sorting this out as system would not accept my email address”

“Every year i get our travel insurance with you i have to call up as i can not get in to print the documents. I pay for mine and my aunties insurance and it is my email address but it is always the same. Just like you have sent this email to Elisabeth Forbes but it is i that have paid you. I have received my documents in the post today.Submitted bu Christine Morton”
