“Quite surprised thatthe administration fee had gone up to £9 from & £3 and the cost was higher eventhough i did mot take cruise cover - also i am not fully confident that either your system or information gathering is able accurately record what is described ie. I stated i had snapped the 'longhead tendon in my right arm' and tendon injury was recorded.”

“Hello, took the policy because I wanted to stay with the same company as I had last year.BUT when I actually came to paying for it , I’m afraid I got such a shock at the price you charge me this year against the price you charged me last year. THIS HAD NEARLY DOUBLED and I was given no reason as to why it was costing so much this year. Very disappointed Mrs CH White.”

Dear Mrs White, Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback and choosing Just Travel Cover again this year. Rates do vary between the insurance companies that are on our panel and can go up as well as down due to a number of factors including the amount of claims made over a particular time frame. An increase in claims (amongst other things) will invariably lead to marginal increases in rates across the travel insurance sector. The benefit of dealing with us is that we will compare multiple insurers for you to find the best price we can for your own requirements at the time. As mentioned rates can fluctuate so please don’t hesitate to call us next time you need cover and once again we will search our panel of A rated insurers for you. “I had spent 5 hours looking for a reasonable travel insurance premium. Many were over £200 which for 5 days is far too much. I am very well....with having one or two blips over the 3 years.....and, e.g. I am not sure I now have diabetes. Why a broken arm which has mended well should be a problem......and I walk 2 miles each day and have done for the last two years. I should like to go and stay with friends living abroad without having to pay such high premiums. It would be useful to have a small card to take with me than the vast quantities of paper you sent me!”

“Sometimes the telephone operators is so busy going through a check list of questions they forget to be human and respond to answers. Example Me: "I'm ringing as a returning customer with a discount code." Operator: "I'll just pull up your details......" Five mins in she says, "How did you hear about us?"”

“Initially difficult to get through to talk to a member of your staff. Once done so, satisfactory, but I would like to know why, if a customer is taking a statin to reduce cholesterol, that you do not ask for all to reveal their cholesterol level. Arguably, it is likely that those taking a statin are a lower risk than someone who has an unknown high level, not on treatment. I was told that the paperwork would be posted to me, it has not arrived.”
