“The whole online process works well and the customer service is friendly and helpful EXCEPT for recent purchases made via TopCashback. Justtravelcover.com use the promise of cashback to increase the attractiveness of their quotes but, in recent instances, this cashback has not been forthcoming and has led to disputes between myself, the cashback site and the insurers with each blaming the other for the cashback failure.”

“I renewed my policy but was not happy at the increase of premium. £101 to £143 I asked for documents to be sent by post but this did not happen and eventually I had instructions to download on line. I appreciate it is more difficult to buy travel insurance once over the age of 70 but I am reasonably fit and active and do not take risks.”
