“My wife had a simple X ray for a hip joint pain 3 weeks before a cruise and Staysure refused to cover her existing conditions which bore no relationship to the X ray. The cruise company insist on full cover and youir excellent staff sorted out cover within 20 minutes. I will be contacting you rather than Staysure when my annual policy is tpo be renewed.”
