“My wife has recently renewed our joint travel insurance by phone, a chore she usually dreads due to all the time consuming questions that come with age but found the whole process excellent. She was dealt with by a young lady who was extremely pleasant and efficient, she cannot unfortunately recall her name but made a chore so much easier, giving all the information we needed. All in all very satisfied, only downside is when it comes to the payment but that's insurance. All policy details by email within minutes and by post within couple of days, thank you.”

“Good overall but retrieving quotes didn't take me to the full range of products, just the more expensive ones. I had to whizz through the questionnaire again to get back to the list.”

Dear Mr James, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Smart Luggage does require your bank details in order to pay your claim. You can press the 'skip' button if you do not wish to add them at this stage. However, if you do need to claim, you will then need to provide either your bank transfer or PayPal details in order to receive payment. I can see your flights have not yet been registered. You will need to ensure you have added your flight details prior to travel to be covered under this section of the policy. Should you require any assistance, please contact our office. Kind Regards, Claire
