“Used before,only this time I was sent my policy electronically. I am unable to print it or send it to my partner to print. I requested it sent by post, which is something I've had other times of purchase. I was assured it would be posted to me. I am still waiting for it to arrive. Today is the 5 th day since the policy was posted according to the operator I spoke to yesterday & I'm still waiting”

“Great price-we needed an additional policy to cover an extended trip (the add on from our existing policy was unrealistic-even with 20 plus years of loyalty We have everything covered including medical conditions we are going on an extended cruise Looks great but won't know if it really is-unless we have to make a claim so are happy with the price and level of cover”
