“The website had a meltdown and wouldn’t let me accept and pay for a quotation. I left an email and was contacted the following day. The staff member was very pleasant and professional and noted my policy number and took my payment on the phone”

“I would like to print out the cover page of the insurance to show them on the cruise i have cover but don' know how to do it.”

“I rang Just Travel to sort Travel insurance for my daughter who is currently on a waiting list, and has been for a number of years. The agent who took my call was excellent. She took me through the process for people currently on a waiting list and identifying a provider who could provide the relevant insurance at a reasonable price.”
