“I do all my travel insurance with your company and recently booked a 6th insurance for this year, when speaking to your representative, she either had no knowledge that I was a regular customer, or even seemed to care Dawn Ford”

“It was competitive in its pricing with declared medical conditions. Not too clever when I tried to pay online and had to phone to make payment. Also had to call back to receive my policy via e_mail.”

“Travel Cover was disappointing in that I have been a customer for several years, yet despite this no special price was available. I was told.........this is the best price....inferring...take it or leave it. Last year was £36. this year £52. Nothing has changed personally, nor have I had a claim. I did have a 10% promotional discount......”

“Very reasonable quotation with our page after page of forms to complete. Let down by, after 3 tries, unable to complete purchase online! Then took 2 telephone calls to complete purchase as I was cut off whilst waiting to be transferred the first time. When I rang back the guy missed out the cruise cover I had paid for when listing my cover, I had to remind him!”

“Health Screening questions now changed from previous years. Now more confusing to answer and don't favour the policyholder in any way. Due to questions having changed, I'm paying more than I did after my initial operation 5-years ago!”

“The advisor was great but the promised email with documents didn’t arrive so I had to call. It was then sent with no attachments so had to call again. Not good enough really . Lynn”

“Took a while to get through When phone was answered was told that someone would phone me back next day,but nobody did so had to phone again”

“Website is most unwieldy. Every time I try to view my documents, I have to open an account and create a new password, so I either have multiple acounts or problems on both my Laptop and Tablet, which is not the ideal situation.”
