The brush I ordered was not as good as my old one. The bristles are too soft and do not hold hair well when blow drying

Order arrived 1 week late, no explanation... 1 item missing, again wasn't informed. When I emailed was told it was out of stock and refunded. However, why wasn't I told before hand and refunded instead of waiting for me to email. Were you hoping I'd ignor the fact a £55 giftbox wasn't delivered and say nothing? My previous orders were delivered next day and no issues

Website is good, good variety of products, competitive prices and quick delivery. So why the two? Customer services. I have placed three orders and two of them were fine. One arrived damaged with leaking shampoo and a broken pump on a 1000ml bottle. I figured it would be a simple fix of supplying a replacement pump, I mean I could have asked for a full replacement product but I thought a pump would be fairer and easier. Anyway going round in cicles with Luther their AI agent was frustrating as hell and even when speaking with actual people the problem has not been resolved. Hoping for a refund now as they seem unable to supply a pump. We shall see if that happens.....

Discount codes advertised in justmylook web site wasnt working, so I contacted customer service to ask why. Wasted 20min. to find out that codes expired last night but they still appear on the website and IT department is working on it. Respect eachother time, something to improve.

We wanted our purchase for a present. The website said a delivery time of 3 days. It did not even leave their warehouse for a week. It arrived too late to gift. Not impressed.

I ordered some perfume just after 17:00 on a friday as it said there cut off for same day dispatch was 18:00. Great I thought, it says my present will arrive on the birthday day, I know I left it a bit late, but it was a last minute present I just noticed she needed. It didn't turn up on the birthday (it was a Wednesday) so i checked and it hadn't been actually dispatched until the Monday. So now it didn't arrive until the Friday 2 days late, now I know this isn't the end of the world but if they had said it wouldn't have been dispatch until the Monday and wasn't going to get to me by the Wednesday I wouldn't have bothered ordering it. I emailed to complain and got a stupid AI response. Why can't it just be a person 😕 When they did get to me (2 days later) I thought they would just give me a 10 or 15% refund for the trouble but no. They offered me a 10% off my next order but it was only for full price items, well thank you very much. Who pays full price, I wouldn't have even come across this site if I wasn't looking for offers. So I nicely replied saying a 10% refund would be better as I may not even use there site again. That was a week ago and no reply so i think they are now they are ignoring me. How am I going to cope without that 10% off the normal highly inflated prices of perfume 🤔 Sure I will survive.

I bought £100 worth of products and only 2/3 arrived. I have tried to contact customer services and they do not respond. Very disappointing. Was my first and last time ordering from this website.

Received an incorrect item in my order and contacted customer services. Got an AI reply saying sorry and no actual human has been in touch with me to correct the mistake over a week later. Yes they have good prices but I'm not sure this company is worth the hassle.

The product (hair cream) arrived quickly enough, but it must have become rancid in storage at justmylook and smelt terrible when I opened it, I contacted customer support via their chat bot 5 days ago now and have had no reply since.

I have placed several orders with this company over the last two years and been very satisfied. However my latest order was missing an item. I contacted customer services immediately, highlighting the issue. It is now ten days since I first brought the matter to their attention and despite several emails to them and sending a photo of the packaging I am still waiting for a reponse. Their website states they will swiftly resolve any issues but clearly this is a misleading statement. If they value their customer base then they really need to improve the after sales service.

Only one bottle was full. The 2 hemp ones were only about 2 thirds full. When I popped the cap open the bottle filled with air so I will not be buying from here again. Prices are good but then you don't get a full bottle soooo... Also previous order didn't arrive after a week with no communication to tell me they didn't have items in stock. Still happy to take my money tho. First few months using just my look was spot on but now I'll shop elsewhere.

I got an email today my perfume had arrived even though it didn’t. I had to email to inform justmylook that I don’t receive it. It took a few days for them to get back to me. Eventually they did and my perfume arrived. This is my first time to use this company. I won’t be rushing back.

Products were good value for money but the delivery time was ridiculous it took around 2 weeks which is a long time to wait as I have ordered things from different country before and they have never taking this long. Other than that ok
