Took multiple emails over a few days after my parcel was late, then after a few responses they finally agreed to track my parcel to find that Royal Mail never sent it. Was helpful in the end but I won’t be using the website again. Took nearly 3 weeks to get my refund

I bought some vegan sulphate free shampoo and conditioner from here as I thought that I was getting a half price bargain reduced to £8 each I wasn't that impressed with the product but put it down to experience. I feel even more disappointed when I stumbled across the exact same product for £1.89 in home bargains.

Didn’t receive my free gift as it was advertised got an email saying out of stock not good should be taken off if out of stock

I picked the wrong product in error, realised straight away and emailed to cancel the order. The order I didn't want arrived very quickly but still waiting for a reply to the email.

My items took 10 days to arrive which might not have been your fault but there is no way of contacting you apart from email of which I sent three…took 5 days to reply

The items arrived in good time however the free gift which u should have received due to spending a certain amount was never received, therefore the reason for 2 star , I would have given 2.5 but there was no option for that. If you advertise free gifts then this should have been honoured and it was not

The glaze colour was nice enough but after 2 washes,I could see my grey hairs coming back,also my usual colour I put in produced the same gloss,shine effect,so I don't know why one should get excited about glaze.

The product was good but took 10 days to deliver. In future I’d order from somewhere with faster delivery service. It wasn’t the mail system. It took a week for them to dispatch the order.

I'm an EU buyer, I bought a Wahl Beretto at a decent price, €132, but the customer experience was disastrous. Misleading advertisment, the promised next day delivery is in fact just for UK, but no mentions that for EU is 5-6 on the product description. The EU country being next door, Ireland. NO tracking number. They provided me a tracking number after 24 hours from my specific request by email. No tracking number in My Account website page. The FedEx tracking number provided by email after my request shown zero updates regarding where the parcel is located. Clicking on the tracking number, redirected me to a blank FastWay branded page. The FedEx page showed just Delivery Attemp but no attempt on the respective day(the 8th day from paid order date). After a day(the 9th day after the order placement day) a courier finally arrived at my door in an unbranded car, unbranded clothes, with no phone call before arrival as regular couriers. During these 9 days, on the 7th day I asked JustMyLook by email to cancel my order and refund. No response from JustMyLook. The product is good, functional, but the buying experience was disastrous. Never again. Buying from Amazon Germany is prefferable.

Sadly the formula was changed by the manufacturers so the consistency and smell that I loved so much about this product is no longer there. Sadly I will now have to find an alternative product 😒
