Product was fine Packaging was awfull everything was falling out fortunately we have a good postie who said to check that the package contents were all there He also said this poor packaging is common with this company

Im still waiting for my products which went to the wrong address. This was not Just my looks fault but the problem was they were impossible to contact to rectify it. I realised what had happened as I pressed confirm and from that point tried everything to reach them. No response for 5 days when the goods were over 400 miles away.

I ordered shampoo and conditioner set and a pump to administer shampoo which doesn’t work, have contacted to advise the pump not sucking up and it’s a process of videoing and emails

Was told my parcel would be here in 3-5 working days. When the five days had passed I emailed them and they told me 4-6 working days. It actually took 13 days in total. Email response was very fast but false information for the shipping times👍🏼

I returned an item which I didn't even take out of the delivery packaging because I realised I'd purchased the wrong thing. It was hard to work out how to return it - no clear online instructions. I found a customer service email address and after a few back and forth emails I was given the return address. I've sent back the item packaged and in perfect, resellable condition and still not received a refund. Disappointing.

Poor customer service. Was told I would have my parcel in 5 days. I didn’t actually mind that it hadn’t arrived in 5 days, the issue was I received no updates with regard to my parcel and when it might arrive. I chased numerous times and received nothing but silence.

I placed my order on the 9th of December and it didn’t arrive till the 2nd of January - on the website it states it would take 3-5 working days for order to be delivered. It took 14 working days not including weekends, Christmas period and New Years. Even though I was waiting 3 weeks for my order I received 2 emails within that period asking me to rate my products?? I definitely would not be inclined to purchase from Justmylook again or recommending.

I really like JML however their postage service at the moment is terrible. Selected next day delivery for my last 3 orders but they arrive 1 week later with no courtesy.

Started,went downhill when 1 of the goods sent wrong.Took from 7 to 10 to tell how to return goods. To late to send back to get back for Xmas,no confidence in company to sort out.Ijust left it as it was.

Didn’t receive 1 item out of my order which is a Christmas present, have emailed and got an automatic response to say query being looked at, received a reply telling me they’ll investigate and still nothing ! Waiting on a refund as requested but nothing yet unfortunately:( disappointed ☹️

The rating is due to the customer service, wasn’t good at all. I ordered for a product, product was not delivered, I contacted to report a missing product and I was told that product was sold out. Why wasn’t I told before shipment that it was sold out????!!!!
