I think I bought for the first time from jml and received my big bottle of Cetaphil cleanser broken I have to put the pump on every time cant take it for travel as of course it will leak so had to buy another bottle. Apart from that everything was fine.

Ordering from Justmylook was easy and delivery was relatively quick. However, I was sent the wrong product. When I brought this to their attention, I was asked to return the incorrect product (fine) and once received they would post me the correct product. I have questioned this, as I do not believe that I should be out of product through an error or their part. So far there is no confirmation as to whether the correct item has been shipped.

I’m sorry to make this review as I’ve been a happy customer for many years, but their customer service isn’t good - I made a purchase and within 15 minutes, asked for it to be cancelled but they still dispatched it the next day. I’ve worked for a cosmetics company so I am absolutely certain that you can action an order cancellation, especially if it’s straight after and if it hasn’t been processed yet. Also annoying that they don’t facilitate the returns process.

The products are good however sadly their customer service isn’t great which is very sad. When a customer has a problem it takes a long time to get the problem solved. I’ve had a few issues hence my review. I choose the products as they are the ones myself and my family like. A customer service telephone number would be a plus . No incentive for valued customer purchases. I’ve spent over £200 in 3 transactions at the beginning of this April 2025 now they advertise a free gift with a £70 purchased which I’m not able to take advantage of unless i spend another £70 which at the moment I don’t need after spending over £200 . Customer service not willing to send a gift - perhaps I’m being an awkward customer . They say I’m a valued customer but I don’t feel like one - no free gift and I’ve never been sent a discount code in all the sales I’ve made over the last two years

I was disappointed with my 1st purchase because the site were selling a product that was greatly reduced. (£10 instead of £24.99) I purchased 3 of them along with another item. The purchase went through and the PM left my account. However, a day after I received a refund of the payment and a message saying they'd cancelled my order with no reason. I therefore, contacted the customer services team and despite messaging 3 separate people they all sent the same, very ambiguous answer that the order 'must have been cancelled due to payment issues' indicating the problem was my fault. I also noticed, however that the reduced items I originally purchased had gone back up to the £24.99 price and the other item was the also still in stock. I therefore, advised the customer services team that, I felt that I had actually been penalised for their mistake, as they cancelled the entire order quite evidently because they had the items priced up wrongly. Now I appreciate mistakes happen and I'd have happily accepted if they apologised and maybe refunded 2 of them and allowed me to keep 1 at the reduced price or even if they admitted their errors. The thing that ticked me was the fact they all said the same thing about it being a payment issue my end-like they'd been puppytrained. I know 100% it wasn't a payment issues as the money was deducted then refunded -it wouldn't have taken at the point of payment if it was that. Overall disappointed that they took now accountability for their mistakes and made zero effort to appease me. I have subsequently made an alternative purchase that went through, using the same payment method and that went through with no issues so to me, that says it all. Not the best experience so be weary if you're attracted to an item due to price as -you may not receive the item even though you purchased in good faith......

Everything is good except for one thing, I paid 5 pounds for two orders to get them on the same day before 2 pm and the orders arrived after three or four days, I did not like this at all and I did not receive a response from customer service or email. I was very sad, even if the shipping cost was returned to me. The prices and products are excellent, but the service is very bad. Thank you.

This item was a special request as a gift, we struggled to find it anywhere so really pleased you sold it. We paid extra for same day dispatch and 48 hour delivery but the item was not dispatched and delivered as such and did not arrive in time

Goods not received and having to battle with customer service to get them to realise the package is lost. I just want the goods I paid for but keep getting ignored by customer service and the email responses I do get are AI generated.

Arrived in good time but I had a missing item, reported it straight away and it’s now been 14 days and still no resolve. The item was less than £5 but I still didn’t receive it not sure why it’s so hard refund and resolve

Received damaged Versace perfume( tin and top/ wasn’t possible using perfume), sent photos and asked about refund. In third email ( few days after I started conversation with customer service) I was asked to send back the product which I already binned…

Ordered on 4th March, items arrived on the 6th - which would have been amazing, if Justmylook had sent everything I ordered. I waited a few days to see if the missing item would follow separately as there was no packing note enclosed. When it hadn't arrived by 10th March, I emailed to let customer services know. They told me there would be an 'investigation'. I've tried since then to contact customer services - no response and no item. I paid through Klarna so I'm going to try and stop payment for the missing item which I assume is not now going to arrive. The items that DID arrive are great and a bargain, but this has put me off using Justmylook in future. Caveat emptor.
