“Dreadful. I have asked for a refund for these faulty products. I know what the correct product should look like as I have bought AdP hand wash for years. It should not be cloudy with bits in it. I will never buy from this website again”

“Absolutely thrilled with my experience! I ordered some new fragrances. The prices are competitive than the RRP, which is amazing. The package arrived super fast via Royal Mail and was packed incredibly well. Definitely a genuine site with great service and a great selection of products. Will be returning.”

“Received an item open inside the box!! I contacted you and was told that there were strict checks and it was ok when it left. It certainly wasn’t when I received the item and would not accept a refund. So I’m out of pocket!! No a happy customer!”

“Don’t bother with this company they just lie at every single point after they receive your money Everything other msg is from an overseas number an every response starts with unfortunately Unfortunately they sent out an order missing items an unfortunately they are out of stock but after I had argued with them they miraculously found a product when I asked if it was the original product in the advertisement, they said that that’s just used for advertisement illustration an you don’t actually get that ???? 😂😂😂 an unfortunately if I wanted to return the item that they have sent incomplete, I would have to pay a return? The worst customer service, stay away!”
