“Usually I love shopping with JustMyLook. My last order of just under £100 of nail polish for Christmas gifts was delivered with hardly any protection on the bottles resulting in one being broken covering all the other bottles, I still have all bottles inc broken bottle and the packaging as proof. I emailed them on the day to inform, no reply, have since sent 4 more emails with no reply. I understand it has been Christmas but we are talking about 12 days now so absolutely shocking. I personally would not buy again because once your money has gone that is it. As mentioned, they were a great company so it is a real shame.”

“All good but I was recieving emails to review my order several days before I actually received it. Also, the order arived with a ridiculous amount of plastic bubble wrap packaging. Surely there's a much less wasteful cardboard solution that could be used for packaging?”
