“The product did not arrive when promised. Following up on the order I had an AI generated response with a promise that a person would phone, this never happened. When I tried to follow the tracking and was told the package had not only been dispatched but had also been delivered . Neither of which was true. The package arrived two days after a promised delivery time . Still no response from customer services. Very poor”

“Look behind you amazon, there is competition coming! Wanted a hairdryer for my wife on the 23rd and got one next day free delivery. I am a prime member and amazon could only deliver on the 28th. She is very happy with the present and I have a few brownie points for the coming year, although they won't last long unfortunately!”
