“Ordered with a address in error, I tried to resolve this simply but seems too difficult, instead im now waiting for a return for over £100 which is going to take 5-10days and such poor customer service and made the experience very off putting.”

“I have already written a review but here goes again I bought a Hermes 100ml gift set for my partner for his birthday in September, I could believe the price & what you got three items in all in a beautiful box he loves this after shave smells gorgeous & was under the price I buy for a 100ml bottle & you get the same 100ml bottle plus two other smaller ones al for £60 no delivery cost either arrived in a couple of days all packed so well extremely pleased with my purchase.”

“Refused to give a refund on a FAULTY bottle of perfume. The lid does not fit on bottle and something missing off the neck of the bottle. Think Just My Look needs to understand the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For anyone else reading this dont bother buying from them, I'm 100% sure this is counterfeit as this perfume smells nothing like. If your in this position yourself contact your bank for a refund. Shame on this company.”

“Purchased a high end perfume at a discounted price. The item that was posted was not the item that was advertised. When I returned the item they falsely claimed that it had been opened and the seal broken- this was completely untrue. The item was a different packaging completely therefore I had no reason to open it- I knew immediately I wanted to return it. They then said because it was opened, they couldn’t refund and within a day returned it back to me first class so I was unable to do anything further . I told them I would raise a dispute via PayPal so they removed the picture of the item from their website.. really disappointed as it was a lovely perfume for my husbands birthday and I would not recommend at all”
