“I still have not received my parcel, Just My Look have said that they will follow up with Royal mail to see were my parcel is or send a replacement, but i have not had any feedback yet, it has been a week since I reported it.”

“I still don't have my parcel and unortunately haven't had any luck collecting as the main collection office wasn't open even though it says that it is online. I also prior to this attempted re delivery 3 times. I've requested a refund as the parcel wikl make its way back to you I assume, but not getting any help from your side other than 'sort it out yourself with Royal Mail'.”
