“Ordered some aftershave which was delivered to my front door even though I'd requested a divert.asked just my look to raise a complaint to royal mail as the parcel was taken before I got home.tjey refused to assist even though they know there customers cannot interact with royal mail directly.they seem to be disinterested in helping customers once they have got your money.i certainly won't be using this company again.very unprofessional and I hope it doesn't happen to you.”

“When I received my order it was the totally wrong thing. I returned it back to them and wasn’t communicated with for ages about what was going to be done. After they’d already received the return I was again asked to return the incorrect item. And then without any communication they sent me back the correct item I ordered. Customer service isn’t great and I don’t know how they got the product so wrong”
