“Shocking customer service. A very expensive item was missing from my order. It's been 8 days since I've made contact and they've been in touch twice to ask for more and more proof but I've yet to receive my item. Whe you go on their website to complain, the first box is for "my order is missing an item". This tells me this is a frequent issue and then a huge battle to just get what you paid for. I guess they hope the customer will give up? I'd avoid the hassle and go with a more reputable company.”
