“I still don't have my parcel and unortunately haven't had any luck collecting as the main collection office wasn't open even though it says that it is online. I also prior to this attempted re delivery 3 times. I've requested a refund as the parcel wikl make its way back to you I assume, but not getting any help from your side other than 'sort it out yourself with Royal Mail'.”

“Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The product was delivered late. At the time of purchase, the website showed earlier delivery dates, so I ordered it as a surprise birthday gift for my wife on April 20th. However, it only arrived on April 21st, which meant the surprise was missed. Because of this, I was quite disappointed with the delivery experience.”

“I was very happy with my experience with Justmylook. I ordered from Ireland on a Wednesday, got free shipping 😊 and it was here in 3 working days. One of the items was incorrect and when I contacted them it was sorted within 5 mins by a lovely helpful guy called Niall. I would highly recommend Justmylook 🥰”
