“I am very disappointed with this service. I paid extra for next day delivery but the item was not delivered on time. I had to return it at my own expense. To make it worse, the company also deducted the cost of the original shipping even though the delay was entirely their fault. Poor service and unfair handling of the refund.”

“I was send the wrong product (ordered oil free moisturiser as per the photo on the website but was sent a similar but not oil free product), contacted customer service on 10 January (few replies from AI agent), got an email from a person on 13 January (at nearly midnight) asking for details regarding my order (number, name and address) to which I replied before 7am on the 14 January. I haven't heard anything since and we are now the 19 January. I would not recommend ordering from Justmylook.”
