“The Molten Brown hand lotion I bought smelt stale. Obviously very old stock. I queried this with Justmylook and they said because I had opened the product there was nothing they could do. Obviously I wouldn't have known it had a stale smell until I opened it! Very disappointed with their reply. I will not be using Justmylook again as they appear to either: not have good stock rotation or they are prepared to sell very old stock.”
