“Ordered a gift set on 28th Nov, 2 day delivery, still not received and no email to say it has even been dispatched. No contact number so difficult to make contact item now out of stock so guess we won't be receiving it. You have our money and we are waiting for a reply as to whether you can withhold your end of the deal that we have with you.??”

“I honestly wish I had never ordered from this company. What happened to me was beyond disappointing — it was devastating. My parcel, which contained my daughter’s Christmas present, was left at the building entrance instead of being delivered to my door, and by the time I discovered it, it had already been stolen. Days before Christmas, I was left with nothing but stress, tears, and a child without the gift she had been dreaming of. What hurt even more was the complete lack of responsibility shown afterward. I felt passed around, dismissed, and treated as if my loss wasn’t important. No empathy, no real support, no effort to help me find a solution. Just cold responses and zero accountability. This experience has caused me so much emotional and financial damage right before the holidays. I cried in frustration because something so basic — delivering a parcel safely — was handled so carelessly. I trusted them with something special, and instead I ended up with wasted money and a ruined Christmas moment. I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to think twice. A company that allows situations like this and then leaves the customer alone with the consequences is simply not worth the risk.”
