“The pricing and delivery are both excellent. But I was very disappointed when I was encouraged to spend more money than I intended because I was promised a free gift. The free gift did not come . When I telephoned customer service I was told I was entitled to the free gift. But I was subsequently told I couldn't have one because they had run out. At no point was the gift advertised as ' subject to availability'. I told customer services I was not happy. It leaves me very disappointed and distrustful.”

“The ordering was good, The price seemed amazing, The delivery was probably the quickest I’ve ever had. The product not so good. I’ve been using My Burberry Black for years & having just run out of one of my favourite winter scents I thought wow what a fantastic price. After purchasing 2 one for myself & 1 as a gift I’ve just used mine & the scent is the same but wears off very very quickly where as when I’ve purchased it many times before it lasted all day! Sadly very disappointed :(”

“Im not happy in giving a low score for this company. I always order my products from Justmylook due to their prices which are always cheaper than any other site. The goods are dispatched within 1 to 2days with regular updates. This could be a blip due to the time of year. I ordered a gift set on the 1st of December, and I've received no correspondence on dispatch, delivery etc. Which is very unusual for this company, I'll give it another couple of days then reach out to their customer services. 😒”
