“I didn’t receive my perfume and I was told I can’t get a refund or a replacement as Royal Mail informed you that it was delivered to the gps. However, the image supplied by Royal Mail when tracking shows a photo of a car window. I’m very disappointed and will be likely to not shop here again!”
