“I haven’t tried my purchase yet. I understand that things are difficult at the moment but information about when my delivery would arrive was very vague & was even asked to review it before it had got to me. Hopefully communications will improve when things get back to a level of normality.”

“Arrived quickly, product nicely packaged in easy to use pump container. Hair felt very soft and conditioned after using. Easy to apply. Loaded more product on 2nd time and left for 20 mins but sadly didnt cover the grey at all. Rest of my hair looked good so if you don't have grey, I think this would benefit you”

“Didn't have a problem when ordering. When the order arrived and I opened it I found all the original cardboard packaging was damaged because it arrived in a non padded envelope I guess. Luckily I wasn't going to give the order as a present because I would have to discarded the damaged box..!”

“I recently made an order spending over £30 as you had an offer of some free Disney gift. I had told my grand daughter that something was coming for her, so when the package arrived and she opened it expecting to find some Disney toy, we were both disappointed that it was not included in the package. The products were good, the execution of the offer and the opening of the parcel. A low 1 star fotr letting her down. .”
