“I ordered a Yankee tea light holder when it arrived it was smashed to pieces . Within 2 minutes of it being delivered I sent photos to your email address. 3 days later I had a reply to say I could have a refund/replacement . I asked for a replacement which I was told had been dispatched 5 days ago. Still waiting for it to arrive”

“Emailed to say the address was wrong as soon as I made the order so I emailed yourselves to try and change the delivery to the correct address. By the time you read my email it was too late and my order had already been sent to the wrong address. Your email back wasn’t helpful at all it basically just said whoops sorry!”

“The product was fine, but I paid extra for next day delivery. However, the day after ordering, all I got was an e mail saying it had just been despatched. It came the next day, 2 days after order. That's not next day delivery.”
