“The item was removed from the box and the box flattened for shipping...never seen a company try to save on postage by comprising the goods...luckily I received my item in good condition (although I’m wondering how old the product is as it seems dried up - will be contacting the company with the barcode to check with them).”

“Bought osmo colour shampoo and conditioner. Both arrived damaged with holes in the bottom looked as though they were like that before being sent. Tried to contact via email and included photos for proof but took a few days for a reply. Visited Facebook page to find alot of bad comments about them. Wish I'd of seen those first. Only good thing was the fast delivery which I'd paid for as needed them ASAP. Finally got a reply to email asking for them to be sent back but by this time there was no point as needed them by a certain time and would have been too late after the carry on of returning and waiting for replacements so just used them hoping not too much was lost form them leaking.”

“I bought a lot of candles, they were in glass jars and the packaging was good to protect them. Although, there was a lot of sellotape which left sticky glue marks on the glass.”

“I bought a Babyliss curling iron. The product is great. The lower price was my motivation for purchasing with Justmylook. The shipping and delivery time were slow. Maybe I'm a bit spoiled by delivery times by Amazon Prime, but it took about a week to receive it and no tracking number was given so I waited indoors for two days in case it came and needed a signature (it didn't). I emailed and finally got tracking, so I could go out! The packaging, however, was the reason I probably won't purchase here again. See photo. 100% single use plastic. Even Amazon are using cardboard now. Next time I will spend that extra £6.50 with some other outlet and get it delivered the next day.”

“It is a good product and works well, and this is expected given the price of the product. However, I was disappointed for two reasons: 1. The product did not come with a replacement blade in case the current blade becomes weak in the future. I'd expect this given the price of the product 2. The product did not come a case / pouch for carrying the product and the accessories. Again this is expected given the price of the product Question: How do I get a replacement blade in case the current blade becomes weak or is damaged?”

“Good value product, but despite 48 hour delivery ‘promise’ it took 9 days to arrive due to only being sent 5 days after ordered! My subsequent complaint was résponded to with an abrupt unhelpful email.”

“I have used Justmylook for sometime now - they are very quick with delivering orders. However I am aware from the makers of the brand of skin care I buy that all the pots have been updates and changed due to faulty materials which I have personally experienced - however justmylook are still despatching the old stock and therefore I find this very disappointing. Everything else I bought was fine.”

“The hair curler was wonderful, works very well and super easy to use. The product turns up 10 days after my payment, it was so frustrating as there is not dispatch update or so ever. Customer service was not accepted!!”

“Item arrived in good time, but was disappointed with the packaging. Although packed to prevent damage, packing tape was used to tape the lid onto my Yankee candle which has left a terrible sticky residue all down the glass. Thankfully this was not a gift or I would've had a problem. I would expect more care to be taken when packing, especially with items that could be gifts.”
