“I have to admit after reading a few of the other reviews i was concerned about my order. I waited several days and then did not get a reply to my initial emails and my phone calls were never answered. In fairness they did eventually give me an email update and explained they were inundated with orders. The gift was late but did arrive safely so I am very happy. Rating would have been much higher had the communication been better from the get-go. An automated message on the phone would be better than no answer at all.”

“Good prices and website but items took a long time to arrive and I had to chase up their Customer Services Team. They responded promptly but given that one item had arrived broken and was needed for Christmas, I was disappointed by the solutions offered (return for replacement or 15% discount), neither of which would have allowed a new item to arrive in time so I decided to keep the faulty product and buy elsewhere.”

“I am really happy with my item. However, when it arrived one of the bottles of shampoo the lid was all cracked and the purple shampoo had leaked all over the box, over the items and went all over my hands and over my duvet which was white and the item is known to stain materials. So I wasn’t happy Witt this.”

“Product is fine as I know.but it’s a gift so we don’t know. Sadly I must completely complain about the delivery.it took longer then Said and when you said it had been dispatched it hadn’t.Si naturally I was concerned it was going to arrive before Christmas.So this does reflect my score I gave you.”

“Terrible shipping. Bought product in Black Friday sale. Had notification it would be delayed 24-48 hours, after 4 emails and 2 weeks finally received it. As an apology I received 10% off a new product. Which I won’t use as would not reorder from this site. Amazing product. The best silver shampoo on the market.”
