“It’s a Christmas gift so won’t know until it’s opened. Service was good, delivery could of been managed better, notifications etc.”

“This is an update on my review I did place last time from giving them 1 star. They have got back to me and told me they have sent the item but it was not by Royal Mail 48hr but it was done with Hermes. The email I got that told me it was sent out and also when I did pay for the item all said Royal Mail and now they are saying it is done by Hermes. I did my research and find that they do have the item but now there is a delay with them now with Hermes so have to contact them. As I can see it is now out of “Just My Look” Hands but have to wait on Hermes and have to wait and see on the condition of the item when it comes. Looking at the date when Justmylook sent out the item it took them 6 days just to post the item out so that alone was a delay to send out the item and now I am getting a delay with Hermes now. Will update this if there is anything more.”

“An update - I have now received my order, it was waiting at the post office to be redelivered. Unfortunately, the response from Justmylook was very slow and the site does not provide a customer services phone number or, acknowledge they have received an email query. When I received notification my order had been dispatched, there were no tracking details provided so it was rather annoying. Three stars as the communication was poor.”

“Arrived without the dispensing pump so had to squeeze bottle to disperse and lost a large bit of it Its not the one i ordered. This one is clematis and bearly has a smell and the one advised has the pink dog rose on it( I've always used that one) and its why i ordered it as it has a lovely fresh clean smell. I'm very disappointed as this is a waste of time and money as i will not be using it.”

“I am not pleased with brush Renunail strengthened it has come apart from the top and I struggle to get it out to put strengthened on nails. This happened last time I ordered this product. Apart from this I am happy with product .”

“The product is ok. But the packaging was completely inadequate for the post. So it came opened and the product was outside of packaging and dirty. The company should have used something better to deliver this is than a very cheap, thin envelope”

“Place an order just over £80 took about 3-4 days to arrived and acetone remover liquid has actually leaked so lost quite a bit there. Not happy there but Everything else was great I ordered mylee pro led nail lamp along with bluesky gel and halo.”
