“The mascara that I ordered arrived fairly quickly and was cheaper than what I could buy in the shop. I was disappointed that it wasn't in plastic wrapping. I haven't used it yet but there is no guarantee that this mascara hasn't already been used!!!”

“Ordered a product online that I could have got anywhere else - ordered with this company as it was offering free delivery and would arrive within 48 hours. After 5 days of having no order or contact to let me know about the delay, I had to ring to find out where it was, turns out it was stuck at a warehouse and was told it would arrive the following week - I appreciate it's Christmas but the false delivery advertising is quite frustrating.”

“Ordering was easy, goods came on time but have yet to use my Shampoo and Conditioner! Hence only the three stars. If the ease of ordering and speed of receiving are anything to go by I'm sure it will be 4 stars on my next order. Many thanks and have a Merry Christmas one and all...”

“Love my new OPI 25 day mini mani set, arrived on time but the special Breakfast at Tiffany's box is rather bruised and battered. Not much attention paid to packaging, it was feee delivery but would have been happy to pay a bit extra for more secure packaging. Will order again from here but not anything I would like to keep looking special.”

“The postage was free which was great along with my product being the cheapest here. Its a shame the postage was not as quick as they said on the website and also tht theh have done nothing but bombard with emails since. Over marketing youreelves here which you dont need to do.”

“Tried rating for about an hour!Never received a confirmation email from just the look, I emailed twice and phones them in the end. Customer service is shocking, got the goods 4 days after ordering. But very poor customer service by just took”
