“Delivery came quick but have still ignored my message sent after placing my order to add an extra item literally 2 minutes after I placed the order. I wanted 2 of the items and not just 1. Still have not had a response.”

“The item was dispatched and received quickly, however the packaging the items are sent in is quite flimsy. I ordered an eye shadow palette which got damaged in transit, with several shadows coming loose from the case. Better padded envelopes/containers would prevent this in future.”

“Used you before through eBay and was happy with service. Decided to use you directly as there was a deal for max factor products £15, which my two foundations came to, and you receive a free max factor lipfinity. Received the order on time and product is fine. But the free item was not included which was disappointing. Since sent an email about this but haven't heard anything back. Will happily use you again but don't put deals on your site if your not going to actually stick to it, thank you”

“The product was great but had issues with the delivery. I ordered on a Thursday and when i got to the check out it asked if I would like to pay £4.95 for next day delivery so I did, I then received my item on the Monday. I complained but the response but negative saying they would not refund my money. It needs to stop next day delivery if they know it cant be delivered by the next day. Customer service were not at all helpful”

“When I placed my order I was not notified it was out of stock. A week later I emailed to ask why it hadn't been dispatched and was told this. An email advising would have been good. Waited two full weeks for it to come.”
