“Was delivered in three days rather than two. This might have been due to delivery going to Northrrn Ireland, so something to bear in Mind if ordering from NI. The Tigi duo I ordered came in a cardboard box with no padding etc which meant a little of the liquid had leaked out, and it had blocked one of the pumps. With a bit of fiddling I got it working. Very good value.”

“Shampoo leaking on arrival due to poor packing. Top had been loosened by someone taping the two bottle together must have lost equivalent to six shampoos. No happy.”

“Good service. The only thing that bothered me is I couldn't track my package. The "My Orders" at the website is poor, couldn't see "Shipping process" and things like that (although I've got an email saying it was shipped, couldn't confirm). And the tracking number I've found it was wrong. But the good thing is it came on time, the way I've ordered so it's good.”

“Website claims same day dispatch, however my order wasn't dispatched until 2 days after I placed my order. However, with free delivery no real concerns. However the items are quite pricey, can find cheaper on eBay, so probably won't be using again.”

“Generally I am pleased with the service provided. The shampoo arrived well packaged and promptly. However the bottle did not match the photograph on the website exactly in that it did not have the pump action nozzle as shown in the picture. It is a rather large bottle to use without this.”

“Straightens have arrived today in time for a birthday tomorrow but the box has been distorted, not great for someone to open and be greater with makes the present look like it's come from eBay - like someone's in wanted gift! No idea if the product works as its a present but with the condition of the box on arrival I'm not hold out any hope”

“My package arrived on schedule - I ordered leave in conditioner, a pump, and a 1500 ml shampoo. My shampoo was not in the package. I called Justmylook and received pretty terrible customer service - they told me it wasn't their fault and it would take a while to resolve because they would need to get in touch with the shipping company. I just moved from the US to the UK and really needed my shampoo. The guy was pretty rude, in my opinion. Thankfully justmylook is a google certified store so I lodged a complaint via Google. The issue was then resolved swiftly - a new bottle was put in the mail and they put a few small sample goodies. I really would have appreciated if I didn't have to lodge the complaint with Google to get good customer service - but better late than never,”
