“I have been using justmylook for sometime now and have had excellent service, however, having sent my wishlist to my Son to make a purchase for my birthday the service was extremely poor! My Son was charged for 3 items and a free gift but I only received 2. I also received conflicting emails from Customer services, one stating a replacement had been sent out and another saying a refund had been given of which neither has been received! When I complained, I was offered a discount code as a gesture of goodwill but to my dismay it was for £1.99 which is a bit of an insult particularly as the product is still available to purchase so why couldn't another couldn't another one have been resent?”

“the prices are great. One of the pumps on my purchase was broken ,I was asked to send a picture which I did, then I was sent a returns label to send it back for a complete replacement! It was so not worth my time and effort for a pump!!!!!! I was told that you don't supply the pump alone. So it was a waste of time me telling you that a pump was broken ! I will go and buy one !!!!!!!!”

“Shampoo and conditioner are great. Though it would have been better if The bottles had their full contents when they arrived. When delivered half the contents were all of the bubble wrap - the lids weren't put on properly. Complained and was given 10% off my next order... not happy!”

“I was pleased with the product overall, everything was fine with it - no damage or anything, however it says on the website delivery should take 2-3 days, and that you'll get an email once your package has been dispatched. However mine arrived a week late and I didn't get a single email saying it had been dispatched, I got so worried because I thought I'd been scammed. So if that happens to anyone else it'll probably be fine, just drop them an email and your package should arrive around the next day.”

“Love the products I ordered but Justmylook advertise Royal Mail 48 tracked but didn't dispatch my order until a week after I placed the order so didn't receive in time for when I needed it which was disappointing.”

“It does say that orders placed before 2pm will be despatched on the same day. I ordered Friday morning and it wasn't despatched until Monday, with nothing to say why it hadn't been despatched the same day, or that my product wasn't in stock. Not really a problem but it shouldn't be put on the website if it isn't true. Other than that no problems.”

“Ok service but still waiting for the free pumps that were supposed to be delivered. Customer service very slow to respond and don't apprear to be very knowledgeable of what offers they are promoting on the website. Non of the offers promoted on the website seem to work when you type in at the checkout so don't be fooled by the free gift still not received mine 1 week after getting my shampoo”
