“Next day delivery if order received before 6pm is a joke a week it took for my order to be delivered and that's after I had to contact customer services , I do not blame royal mail for late delivery I believe just my look didn't send it when they said they would as I was tracking my order on shop app”

“My order has been sent via Royal Mail, who have delivered it to a wrong address. Royal Mail said to contact Justmylook as the issue has to be filed by the sender so they can start an investigation. Justmylook say they can't do anything because I have a designated safe space on my Royal Mail account, they refuse to do anything about it, even contacting Royal Mail to find out where the parcel is. Horrible costumer service, AI agent responding, then real people copying and pasting the same email several times. I don't reccommend this website to anyone.”

“My order arrived damaged. The nail varnish had smashed and leaked all over the aftershave. The customer service is so poor. No reply to emails. Requested a refund and still not processed or heard from customer services. Will never use again and have advised all family and friends never to purchase from just my look”

“Not impressed with customer service. Got an email to say my goods were delivered but FedEx. Emailed them and got an ai reply. Then sent a subsequent email on their website but got no reply. Would be relevant to use them again for thus reason.the parcel mysteriously turned up yesterday!”

“A product I ordered was out of stock and your AI agent said a replacement of a similar item would be sent to me instead. It never was. So I then had to re order at a more expensive price and now your customer services are denying me a refund for the price difference when it is no fault of my own and your AI agent falsely advised. Why has a consumer had financial detriment due to a business issue. This was my first and last experience of Justmylook and I would not recommend it to anyone now.”

“Ordered body spray and gift set. The spray was refunded after 24 hours apparently out of stock. However a day later it appeared back in stock but but for more money. Gift set arrived but the packaging was damaged”
