I ordered the essence extreme shine in summer punch which were very good, long lasting and has a VERY high shine to it and for only £1.80 each the quality is so good essence never disappoints. However, I also ordered 2 juicy bombs and they leaked everywhere when I opened it, the product would not stop coming out of the tube and the gloss had clearly Separated into an oil and glitter.

First order, item was faulty. Took just over a week to receive a reply from the customer service team, offered a refund. Awaiting refund, won’t be ordering again.

The quality of the products was OK but aftersales service I would give 2/10. the reason for this score is I was sent double of what I ordered and two payments taken from my bank account. When I tried to contact them via their email it took a week and a further email for a responce They then agreed i could send the product back for refund but when it came to finding a courier most will not accept liquids and the ones that will were so expensive I decided it would be cheaper to keep it. It was justmylook's mistake and I was going to pay the price for that. Needless to say I will not be giving them any more custom.

Sent incorrect item which I needed for my holidays. They requested I sent the item back which is fine, but would not send me the correct item until they had received. I did not receive my item in time for my holiday and had to purchase an alternative from boots.

Have not received my parcel. Waiting on confirmation of a re-issue as the delivery did not arrive on stated date Update: having waited in all day for a royal mail delivery that was due between 10.34 and 2.34, & speaking to my postman, I am still waiting for my delivery again.

Very disappointed. I find the pins very difficult to put on rollers due to the ridges. Rollers will not stay in my hair. As fast as I re-pin one, another one falls out & my hair is not short. Have been using heated rollers for the last 50 years every week. Was looking forward to my new set. Couldn’t find any in shops to see what they were like. I will get used to them but at the moment (gutted).

Parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I could not actually speak to anyone, only communicated by chat, which took at least an hour without resolving the problem.

I didn't receive the item that I had ordered and without any communication from just my look, monies were credited back to me! Thanks for the refund, but would have appreciated some communication, so I could start shopping elsewhere.

I was send the wrong product. I immediately contact Just My Look but ot took a week for them to reply and then they asked for a photo. Another week later I received a link to return the item. I wonder when I will receive the correct item??

Order placed on 2 day delivery. After 3 days I began to contact Justmylook via email as the message on the telephone said they were not taking calls. No response to emails. On day 7 contacted payment provider who passed the complaint to the seller. Within 24 hours I had an email to say the goods were on their way. Goods arrived on day 10. Items are exactly as expected and in perfect order. Review would have been completely positive if they had responded to my inital emails!

We know this situation is not ideal and have implemented additional shifts within our warehouse to manage the increased demand. Order was delayed due to them being overwhelmed with orders from the sale. When orded did arrive an item was missing, I asked for this to be sent out to my - received no response and a refund for the item instead. Poor experience overall, would't use again.
