“Very poor communication. The items did eventually arrive but I couldn’t get in contact with a person, only an AI bot that needs work . The tracking link never worked from start to finish. Only reason they get 2 stars is that the items did actually arrive.”

“First time ordering from this company, got sent the wrong product just before Xmas. The product I ordered was for a Xmas gift, which won’t arrive on time now because the company insisted that I return the incorrect product first, wait for it to be inspected before they ship correct product. Very disappointing”

“I have placed my order on Dec 08. It was not delivered at all. I first reach out to the customer service as the tracking number given is invalid. After several follow ups, I was given the correct tracking however the status stays at customs cleared for more than a week and just stuck at the same status. Dec 22, I have yet to receive my item but I received an email to provide my review of the item. This is totally disappointing and very stressful as it was meant to be a present for my husband. I have had not further follow up or update from the customer service team despite me reaching out several times for update. Now I am worry I will not even get my refund.”
