“Ordered body spray and gift set. The spray was refunded after 24 hours apparently out of stock. However a day later it appeared back in stock but but for more money. Gift set arrived but the packaging was damaged”

“Placed order on 8 December. They provided a tracking number from fedex that doesn’t exist. I’ve contacted you numerous times to no avail! A bot sent me a email with exact tracking number that doesn’t exist. This is a Christmas gift for my fiancé, she does not ok only not have her gift, I’m out of pocket too!!! Can you people please sort this out now please???”

“My experience was not ideal with no sign of the products ordered on 1st December after being told they were shipped on 8th December. FedEx did not recognise the tracking number I was given. After I sent 3 chasers the products arrived on 14th December exactly as ordered. Customer service did intervene after a couple of chatbot messages were escalated, which was helpful.”
