“I have complained about a shampoo that was split and leaking however I haven’t had a replacement item issued yet. I sent photo of the item a couple of weeks ago now. The items I received weren’t appropriately wrapped were in plastic rather than a box. I have been using your company for a while and this is my first damaged order and I’m hoping this can be replaced.”

“I bought the Montblanc gift set as a Christmas present for a family member. It arrived in perfect condition and the JustMyLook price was extremely competitive. My package was held up at customs but the customer service team, especially Toby, were absolutely fantastic and sorted it out efficiently and promptly. “As a first time customer, I’m shocked. My parcel was left outside in a communal area and went missing. Customer service was terrible, with zero accountability and repeated attempts to blame Royal Mail and push the responsibility onto me. I will not use this company again and would advise others to avoid.”
