“I was happy with the initial ordering process, but then I was sent the wrong items. I reported the problem and was given clear instructions on sending it back, but it was a little annoying that I've had to wait for the items to go back before the right ones are sent”

“Was really happy with product and the speed in which it arrived but didnt feel packaging was any good as the shampoo bottle had opened and i lost quite a bit of the product. Really dissapointed”

“Great price for Dr Haushcka day cream. I asked for preferably no plastic packaging, or if absolutely necessary then as little as possible, and unfortunately the package came with an excessive amount of bubble wrap for two small boxes of cream. As I'm trying to reduce my non-recyclable waste in particular, I probably won't order from JustMyLook again.”

“Good price. Well packaged but delivery not as expected. Despatched Wednesday Royal Mail 48 but didn’t arrive until following Tuesday. No tracking information sent with despatch email.”

“Brilliant value for money, but took 10 days to arrive from dispatch. the shampoo is the new formula But a little disappointed that the conditioner is the old formula. They are meant to be the set.”

“I prefer to log in + buy as a guest. It avoids merchant "pester emails": Please review my products. Please review me. What else can we do for you? Are you having a nice life? When are you buying from us again? But JustMyLook didn't have that option + they were the cheapest seller on a discontinued item. So it's been pester-pester-pester. I've unsubscribed now - but that's only from Reviews. For the important things - like getting the items despatched quickly. No, it took them afew days.”
