“Quick delivery service and a fanatasic product at a better price compared to other websites. Only let down was that the lid of my product wasn’t closed correctly - causing the product to leak by the time it got to me.”

“Some great items at even greater prices. However, buying from this site is a gamble; due to the ridiculously poor packaging. The gamble is whether your item arrives unbroken. I’m not the first to say it..so pay attention to your customers.”

“I was annoyed when my order arrived as the two large bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap which had meant that one of the bottles (shampoo) had been smashed on the end resulting in the product leaking out all over. This has resulted in me having to leave the bottle with no top on it now. Using sellotape to protect the caps is not a good idea. A shame really as the prices on your site are really competitive and delivery is quick too. Please review your packaging process to avoid this happening again”

“The purchases were a good price and arrived on time, the down side was I’d ordered a skin care kit as a gift but the box arrived too battered and torn for me to give it as a gift which was a shame, other than that I’d recommend this supplier.”

“I was pleased to receive my goods in time for my holiday but was concerned that it wasnt going to arrive on time due to the very slow delivery of notifications. I tried to contact JML several times by phone but nobody answered?”

“Have always had excellent service with prompt delivery when using in the past, but this time they got part of my order wrong. On contacting customer service, I was asked to return the incorrect item before a replacement was sent, which I did immediately. I then received an email saying they had dispatched the replacement, but a few days later got another email saying the item was now out of stock and they would issue a refund. After six days, I am still waiting for the refund .”

“My order arrived really quickly however one of them was damaged so I’m now waiting on a replacement , the lady who responded to my email was very good and opologised for the problem so hopefully my replacement item will arrive soon”

“Would have given more, but was so frustrated when I couldn’t get hold of customer services (to see where my delivery had got to as it hadn’t been despatched after four days) and all I could get was a voice message saying to email, and I had to send two to get any response. So sadly wasn’t impressed.”

“Happy with product and delivery but the free gift that was advertised is not very clear, no options at payment to select free gift, also the website keeps crashing and have tried ordering again but can't change my password as it times out constantly so had to buy from elsewhere.”

“Product as requested and arrived in good time.However there was a promotion of pumps at time of ordering which offered pumps for the shampoo and conditioner.I did not get any and on contacting company was told they were out of stock. Nothing about that on website at time of order .Poor !”

“No happy with the way in which this item was delivered. I had requested for it to be delivered to my home address. Because no one was in to take delivery of the item it was sent to my nearest Matalan store (which I was unaware of). I then received an email to say it was delivered to either my home address or left with one of my neighbours. I waited a few days to see if one of the neighbours had taken the parcel in for me, but no one came around. Then I re-checked my emails again only to read at the bottom that it had been delivered to my nearest Matalan store!! not impressed to be honest! why was it delivered to Matalan and not left with one of my neighbours instead.”

“The ordering, delivery etc absoutely fine. Customer service could be improved. Ordered Tigi tweens shampoo and conditioner. If you buy two you can have free pumps when using code. Forgot to add the code to my order so emailed to ask if they could send me them. They told me they had none in stock. So asked them if they could send when in stock even offering to pay postage. No response so ordered pumps from somewhere else. Think this could be a ruse to entice you into buying two.”

“The bedhead manipulator is often on other suppliers fake, at least this is the real deal!! The only annoying thing is the emails offering a discount that doesn’t work”
