“Poor service. Package was supposed to be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 days but it took 3 days to dispatch and a week to deliver! And then they wanted me to pay for return as I no longer needed my order! Not shopping here ever again!”

“I’m sure they’re fine if go through direct but go via brand alley and worst shopping experience and have ever had and was informed my refund would be by the 6th June and still waiting while cannot get through to a human anywhere and been trying daily which totals over 2 hours holding time so far. Presently on hold again to see if humans work there”

“Received my tom ford black orchid a fragrance I've worn many times and the product I received is clearly a fake product, I contacted just my look only to be told they do not sell fakes , unless you want to waste your money stay clear of this site”
