“Awful ! I purchased two makeup products, a mascara and an eyeliner. They’re we’re not sealed and the eyeliner was really dry. I threw it straight away. I will not purchase from this company anymore!”

“Got an allergic reaction from the Clinique lipstick I got from their site. Reached out to Clinique. They said Just My Look isn’t one of the authorised accounts. I’ve used Clinique products for years and never had a problem. But now I’ve had dry, chapped, painful, red lips for over 2 weeks. Just My Look won’t refund me without a doc note or dermatologist report! What a joke!”
