“I ordered a number items post December for Christmas gifts. I only recieved part of my package. After several attempps to contact the customer service team and getting an automatic response from AI, I finally got through to a person. They arranged for the rest of my items to be shipped. How ever I still have not recieved a perfume, and its not cheap! After rigorous internal checks, so I am told, the item was confirmed it had been definitively packed and left their facilities. I am yet to recieve this the definitive evidence of it in the box before it left with DPD (the package was recieved undamaged and un open via DPD). Essentially there are numerous possibilites all resulting in no refund or reissuing of the perfume. The item was not packed, I have unboxed it and claiming I have not recieved it (I got the more expensive perfume though), the DPD driver is really Harry Potter and managed to perform some magic by removing the perfume, or someone somewhere is getting a nice bottle of Jimmy Choo for Christmas, courtesy of me ! Normally I would not care but given the fact I was only buying out of sentiment for my partner who is running low on her Jimmy Choo, and it was the last gift from her mother who she lost to cancer, its annoyed me a bit”
