“This is the second time you've asked for my review. You haven't replied to any of my emails. Customer service is diabolical. Ordered the wrong item and within half an hour contacted you to say so. You still sent the items and haven't contacted me despite several emails!”

“Sent me the wrong size perfume. 50ml, instead of 100ml. This was not clear on arrival, a red box in red cellophane, I only found this out after opening the wrapper only. Refused to accept return, or any part of their error and I am still awaiting my £3 refund for the loss of 50% perfume volume, total rip off!”
