“Not the best shopping experience. Order was not delivered - got “stuck in the shipping black hole”! Contacting customer service/ trying to speak to someone was very difficult. Tried to reorder a replacement and by then the product was out of stock! Not the best experience and would avoid purchasing from here if I can help it in the future!”

“Item arrived and happy with it. Not happy with the shop app. It told me my item was delivered, received an email from Justmylook asking what I thought of the item, but I hadn't received it. It seems FedEx delivers to An Post and they thus the app says it has been delivered. It was the next day before I actually got it. Left me very anxious, as I thought I had been scammed. Would be much better if Justmylook had there own tracking.”
