“My order did not arrive, I have sent numerous emails and they said it was delivered, I stated I had reviewed my front door camera and no such delivery took place, I’ve heard nothing back despite emailing several times. Avoid this company, they will take your money and keep fobbing you off. Do not recommend”

“Amazing choices of products at reasonable prices. However, will not take responsibility for a deliery that never arrived. I've been on multiple exchanges with customer service who said it's my problem and will need to talk to Royal Mail myself.”

“I've been shopping with JML for a number of years now and have no hesitation in recommending having a good browse on their website! JML has an extensive range of products, including makeup, hair care and most things in between, all of which are competitively priced to suit most budgets. JML stocks both well-known brands as well as the not so well-known so there really is a lot of choice. All products are well photographed and described, with detailed information about ingredients etc. I've never had any hitches with any of my orders (which are usually dispatched within only a couple of days, and are delivered free of charge for orders over £20 - a lot of outlets have a much higher qualifying amount, which makes JML very good value for money). JML is one of my main, trusted go-to websites for quality products, great choice, not to mention excellent service. What more can I say 😊”
