“An item was missing from my package and they are saying it was packed. I have sent an image of what I received and still have not received the missing item. Very disappointing and expensive for me to be out of pocket”

“I really like JML it has a really good range of products at really competitive prices and delivery is great. However my recent experience was disappointing. I had made an order of something on a 3 for 2 offer but when trying to put 3 in the basket it just kept bouncing back to 2, so I was unable to get the 3 items. I reached out to customer service & explained but was told the item had gone out of stock. If this was made obvious during the ordering process I would have picked another item but it did not. The issue has been left unresolved, which as I say is disappointing.”

“I have frequently ordered with Justmylook before and have never had a problem, which is the only reason they have two stars instead of one. Justmylook sent me a wrong item and I have never known a more difficult procedure to obtaining the correct item. When trying to contact customer service you are met with an email response from an AI bot which I think is totally inappropriate. Then when having an email from an employee, I am told I have to send pictures of the products the barcodes and go through all this to return the item myself before the correct item can be shipped to me. I have had this before with other companies e.g. Amazon where they have sent the right item to me straight away to let me send the product back in my own time, that is good customer service, Justmylook is everything but that. When looking at the cheaper prices here compared to other websites you are tempted in but I warn everyone to think first, because where the cheap prices come in you sacrifice in other ways, like customer service. I know I will now be ordering from more expensive sites with better service.”
