“Ordered on november 16th, both items were in stock when I ordered did not get delivered during the next week, when I contacted support they said the parcel had been dispatched so I couldn't cancel when it obviously hadn't been (not sure what benefit they gained from lying) got a refund notification on the 21st for half my order.. item evidently wasn't in stock parcel was still not dispatched until the 23rd really slow and bad service, won't be using this site again.”
