“Order never arrived, bot as customer service tells you it has been delivered and gives you a tracking number that is not recognised when you search it. Told them it never came and that I have ring camera and haven’t heard from them since. Stay clear of this site as it is a scam. These were Xmas presents for my daughters and too late to order anywhere else now”

“I ordered 3 beauty Advent Calendars in November. The 3 were in the one order. After a lot of checking with Just My Look, 1 Calendar, just part of the order, finally arrived on 14th December. I have been chasing this company to supply the remainder of the order but they are ignoring me. Dreadful experience.”

“Awful I haven’t even received my parcel when it says it’s been delivered and I’ve been trying to contact Justmylook via email and live chat and have had no response since the 6th of December 2025. “Extremely slow delivery. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and was only delivered today. It was only being shipped to Ireland. Customer service very poor it’s just an AI generated response. It gave the wrong shipping number also so couldn’t even track it. Would not order again and would definitely not recommend ordering from them to anyone. There is much cheaper website out there that have quicker delivery”
