“Had an item missing from my parcel, asked where it was and when it was coming. Didn’t get a quick response so I went and bought the missing item from local supermarket instead as I needed it. I finally got a response and was told the missing item had been sent out but at this point I didn’t need it anymore but was told can’t return it as it’s a replacement item…?”

“I ordered a large order and items were incorrect. I went to customer service and they were terrible. Ran me around asking the same questions over and over until I threatened a bad review and then they said they would send the correct item to me - it was the wrong item yet again! An absolute scam”
