“I bought 3 cans of minoxidil 5% foam from you, it says that one supply will last for 1 month, but this is far from the case (this is the worst fake I have ever seen! I used only 15 times out of three cans, and then the valve simply does not work, there is liquid in the middle but it does not come out to the surface, I paid over £50 for what???? you are scammers, I will sue you if you do not take your goods back and return all my money!!!”

“Delivery time was not as promised! I ordered 27th December 25 and it states 48 tracked delivery (same day dispatch before 6pm- I ordered 3pm), I didn’t receive the parcel until 4/1/26 which is over a week later.”

“Do not order if you’re from Ireland- I ordered on 30/12- yet to receive anything and it’s the 12/01. They keep sending me emails to review my product and I’ve not even recieved it! I’ve raised two tickets with customer service and just keep getting AI responses”

“So far, I've had a very bad experience. The item never arrived. I tried contacting customer support, but only following the suggested response options. There's no "item not delivered" option. I found a way to submit a question through other options, but the response was strange. After a while, I learned that the online store is responsible for answering questions. So, as of today, I have neither the item nor any contact with the website.”
