“Had the wrong item delivered and have not been sent the correct order. Wouldn't trust this company again which is sad because I had a big order to put through. A lot of other reviews have the same issue it seems. No guarantees you'll get what you paid for!”

“It has been 17 days since ordering despite a 3-5 day delivery estimate, and the item still hasn’t arrived. The delay meant I couldn’t arrange an alternative birthday gift, leaving me extremely frustrated. Customer service is slow, with only an AI agent available initially, poor communication, and no clear updates.”

“I ordered items on the 27 th of December and An Post in Ireland didnt receive my items till the 9th of January.Today is the 11th and im hoping my items will arrive tomorrow Monday the 12 th. I would like to buy more from justmylook but the shipping takes longer than stuff i get on temu.”

“My perfume is rancid. I reached out to customer but 2 weeks in, no response. Despite being told someone would reach out. Sent a second email but again, nothing. I should have read the reviews before ordering from them. Avoid at all costs.”

“Orderd my product on 26th December. Received it on the 10th january. Item was sent on 48 hours royal mail tracked delivery although the fault of the delayed arrival clearly lies with royal mail as they had the item for at least 2 weeks. When contacting Just my look for delivery support I got zero response from a human being, just generic AI responses. Not a good enough level of human customer service!”
