“Parcel was not delivered to my address, made contact, told to wait 2 days as it may turn up, re made contact to then be told gps says it has been delivered and nothing more they can do !! Even though I sent proof of my doorstep and the delivery doorstep they have is clearly not mine, even cctv shows no parcel was left !! Just my look just does not care !!”

“I bought a skin gel for my daughter and after the very first use her skin became red and burning. When I requested a refund, the company told me I would need to take her to a dermatologist and provide proof of the reaction. This effectively means I would have to reapply the same product again to her skin knowingly risking further damage just to qualify for a refund. That is completely unreasonable, unsafe, and unacceptable. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. The response was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed zero concern for my child’s wellbeing. I will definitely be seeking legal advice regarding this matter. I would strongly advise other parents to think twice before purchasing from this company. Since I have send 4 emails still no response. Horrible customer service!”

“My order did not arrive, I have sent numerous emails and they said it was delivered, I stated I had reviewed my front door camera and no such delivery took place, I’ve heard nothing back despite emailing several times. Avoid this company, they will take your money and keep fobbing you off. Do not recommend”
